Abstract: 
This presentation focuses on how Kansas City Kansas Community College Online Education Services has used standard LMS tools to enhance support for online learners. Using this range of resources has resulted in a decrease in tickets and phone calls to the Helpdesk. Instructor requests for additional resources and usage data will be discussed.
