Abstract: 
Google has made available a number of collaborative tools that can assist with teaching in the classroom. With these tools you can help students visualize information through interactive maps, timelines, and detailed class calendars. Google’s tools also allow for easily collaboration on group documents, data collection or even simple project management. This presentation will demonstrate some practical learning applications of Google Calendar, Google Maps, Google Docs, YouTube and Google’s recent Art Project and how to incorporate those with your LMS for Online, Hybrid, or Internet Enhanced teaching.

Which Google tools might be useful in teaching face-to-face, hybrid or online courses. For support staff it would serve as an introduction on the capabilities that they could discuss with their own faculty. For faculty it would allow them to see first hand some applications of the tools in teaching.
