R.E. Moore will discuss the issues he faced at Missouri Western State University as they battled budget cuts and high failure rates in the area of developmental math. By changing his classrooms to an “emporium” style of learning through use of an online assessment and learning tool, MWSU has increased success rates economically and efficiently.
