Because of student and faculty demand, lecture and content capturing has become an imperative in higher education. This presentation will discuss how different screencapture techniques can be integrated in the instruction to support active, interactive, personalized, and multimodal learning for online and local students. Different screencasting software will be demonstrated, analyzed, and compared. Research findings and a variety of examples of the effective integration of the content capture into instruction will be presented. Institutional benefits also will be explored.
