Information for Presenters
If you have not registered for SIDLIT yet please do so as you are not automatically registered as a presenter. Doing so allows us to create a name badge and provide lunches for you. Also remind your co presenters to register also.
Be sure to check your day and time for your presentation at http://www.c2conline.org/sidlit/sidlit-2010-schedule. We will update the site with the room number by July 20th.
If you would like to provide your presentation for archiving ahead of time please submit to mrea@jccc.edu.
Our computers are equipped with Microsoft XP, Office Suite, speakers and projection screens.
If you plan to bring your own laptop, our podiums are equipped with power, VGA cable, and audio cables. Please bring your own adapters as necessary.
If you will need an internet connection for your presentation. You can arrange for access ahead of time by completing a request form (see http://www.jccc.edu/home/depts.php/1420/site/ConferenceWirelessRequest).
We will be recording four of the presentation rooms with adobe connect and providing them as a live feed for those that can't attend. Rooms assignments have not been set as of yet, so there is no way for us to know if your session will be in a room that is recording, but if you would like to have your session recorded via Adobe Connect please contact mrea@jccc.edu
We would also like to remind presenters to wrap up on time as some of our intermissions are short and the next presenters will need the intermission time to setup.
Each room will have a host to provide you with any help you may need, whether it is technical help or help handing out information for you. There is also a help number to call on each podium, along with a help number on the wall near the phone.
